Invisible armies

I'm currently in a 50 player game and their are slightly visible armies all around my country. (by slightly visible I mean, they look like when your troops can see an enemy army, but they don't know what is in it so it just shows up as an infantry with low morale).

I've had that ever since I started playing the game. I've also had times where I was attacking and infantry and they turned into a tank while I was attacking them.

Since the latest changes, there have been a plethora of bugs including 'ghost troops':

Infantry that does not exist

Now I have invisible resources! Oil resource provinces with no oil...
