IPad with game 5,797,839

I am attempting to play Call of War from my iPad and the Safari browser. Everything is clickable but when it comes to research, construction and moving units, the click commands don’t function. I can select research and what I want to research but once I click on the research button, nothing happens. The same thing happens in construction and when I give a command order to units. I can move around the map, zoom in and out, log in and out, select advisor and click through everything. Is it a Safari issue? I really like this game and was playing it on my laptop. Now I only have my iPad and iPhone to access the internet and this game.
