I've now been playing for almost two weeks. I like this game, and could see myself sticking around for more, but there's a problem.
I'm unable to get the site to send me a confirmation email. I've tried multiple email addresses and multiple browsers with no luck. I can't use the in-game chat, and I can't make that "You've Got Treasure!" notification to go away.
I reported this through the proper channels and waited 72 hours as instructed, but heard nothing. Then I posted my request to the Bug Reports and Issues forum on May 11, and on May 12 was told someone would handle my problem. Again, I waited. Four days later, on May 16 I replied to the thread to point out that I've still heard nothing. The thread was then locked by Dr. Leprechan: "I am now closing this thread as you have been informed that your report is been worked on and received."
I'm not angry, but I'm pretty bewildered why you did this. It's now been a full week since I was told someone would help me with this problem, and I haven't heard a thing. I'm re-posting here because I'm unable to do so in the original no-locked thread.
Can I get some help please?

My advice would be to look into your spam folder and check that your E-Mail filter allows the Call of War Email. Your support ticket has been sent into the community manager, whom handles these sorts of issues. Some E-Mail providers, like Yahoo, are much harder to get the confirmation through. I personally recommend Live.
