It did that to me once, my entire fleet was almost destroyed. This should be sorted out sharpish.

IT SEEMS Firing Order stuck when losing High Command status
When I was part of new account High Command, I set the firing order to not fire at one point. IT SEEMS when that status wore off, that order stuck. When my units are attacked by my enemy, all they do is sit there.
It might be wrong that the order is stuck like that, but if it's not, it would be nice that when that status is lost, all options that were changed and only available in High Command should be set to default behavior.

even better make " fire control" for those not members of high command,
