Job well done

Kudos to the support team for quickly fixing today's glitch. All too often all they get is grief. We appreciate what you do for us [even if we sometimes forget to say it]. :)

Seems not done yet isn't exactly a slap on the back, more of a kick in the butt. Their job can't be easy, why not cut them some slack?

Because the word DONE isn't the exact word to use, its not done.

Talking of slap in a back i said "good job" for the quick intervention, which in my sens is a back slap.

Besides, im software engineer & Google Cloud Architect so i do coding apps and i know perfectly what it is. Just its not DONE when its not DONE. Can't close a bug ticket or an issue until isn't entirely resolved.

As for the back slap of encouragement, keep it on guys.

Yes, thanks for the quick response but at the same time...............try preventing the issue. It's happening every 3-5 days. :(
