Lag Persists

A few days ago, I reported severe lag in my game on the forum.

Days later, the problem is not resolved.

I also submitted a bug report via the Bytro chatbot, and I have yet to even recieve a response.

There has also been no announcement from the developers regarding this game-affecting issue.

I searched the forum and found several other users report similar access problems.

Why isn't anything being done about this?
