Land Locked Ships

Even though there is a "causeway" to this port province, ships produced here is useless [unable to move], this is problematic, considering the resource consumption[with no real military/naval] power gain.

I just checked on my world map, and it the pathfinding is working okay for me.

Have you submitted a bug report, and checked with refreshing the page?

It is now working[.]...the refresh did work.
