That might be windows 10 issue if you cannot load the new scenario AND the forum.

Latest update
The latest update is a disaster running on Windows 10 and using EDGE. Scenarios will not load if I have ANYTHING else open, such as this forum. If and when a scenario loads, response is terrible. For the record, I am retired, and do not have the money for a new platform, so, ….

Nope. It is the WebGL. I finally got a scenario to load, and disabled the enhanced graphics. Game runs fine, almost no lag, and is not hung up by other windows being open.

I will suggest trying the Chrome browser, or downloading the game on Steam as an alternative to using Edge.
