Level reset?

So, I started playing again after a year, and I found out that my level has been reset to level 1. Why is this? I still have my old 14000 military score.

On a side-note, I got banned from a S1914 game because a friend and me were playing on the same Internet connection (albeit different computers), so maybe that affected it.

Please submit a bug report and we will address it ASAP. it happened to me when I returned, too.

How much time does a support ticket take to be fixed? Not to be rude or anything, but I rejoined Call of War because I wanted to play a (private) game with my friends, and since I'm level 1 I can't create any...

I've submitted half a dozen bug reports/support tickets in the last year, Sr. P. None received an initial response in less than 24 hours, and several took 3 to 5 days. Special requests like gold refunds, etc., can take even longer because not all moderators and administrators are authorized to handle all types of problems. Of course, if there is a genuine "bug," i.e. a required programming fix, the response may be open-ended until it gets fixed. Initial response times were generally faster while WiseOdin was the English language forum administrator ---- how that evolves now remains to be seen.

As for your "level reset" issue, I've seen at least 5 to 10 of the same or similar problems reported in the last six months, so it's a known problem. As best I can tell from initial forum requests, public responses from admins and follow-up messages from forum members, it looks like 1 to 3 days for a fix is typical. It should not be weeks. . . .

Your issue is above my ability to fix as a GO in training. I have sent it up the ladder, but I think it may require one of the Hamburg staff to fix, so that would mean regular business hours.

@MontanaBB can tell you how to level up. With a bit of gold I have seen people reach level 5 in an hour.

To my understanding, only one person in Hamburg ever handled those. Also, Hamburg works M-F, banker's hours, It may be fixed this coming week. Until then, just join smaller matches. The game has changed a lot, you're going to need to learn everything again. Troops are stronger in core territory, planes were changed to be epicly powerful, then nerfed, then returned to being almost the same as before. You now start with an airbase and interceptor, etc.

We are working on a general fix so it is fixed for all accounts at once. Fixing single accounts sadly often takes alot of time away from that. Also sadly our dev responsible for this task is on vacation at the moment, when he is back the general solution will be available very soon.

What that means for you is unfortunately some more wait time until it is fixed, sorry.
