I have had the same problem! was level 41 also i think or 42, wasn't paying attention but i am now back to level 1 and levelling up again!

Level Reset
my problem start from a week when i was normally playing and when i log in i found my level reset to 1 !!
i message the cow support they told me they are working on it
i respect this a lot
but one week is too long to solve my problem
i have everything prove a screen shot i took luckily in the android version launch
lucky it have my level prof
second prof that i have my statics remain the same
i hope really for a fast solve for this the forum is the last place i can go to for the help

i shouldn't level up again they said it's a bug then they have to fix it its not fair to start all over again

Same thing has happened to me... yesterday, I was 41 (I believe), today I'm a level 2.

I am curious: did this "reset" of the player's experience level happen while playing the new mobile version of COW, or the standard personal computer version?

Are you sure that it did reset? If it changes just by one or two level it could have been after the fix that your level was too high than it should have been.
Using the mobile version should not have any effect on your rank.

Yes I'm sure it reset, i was level 42, Then reset to level 0, I'm now level 19-20 just from playing but i should be like rank 44-47 now!Sasri wrote:
