hi I just started game and it will not download or start for me I am General Westmorland please correct this problem as I would like to play it

Do you use mobile or PC? If mobile, are you using a browser or the app?

no I am on pc but I can spend money for coins but game will not start for me

Do it load so you have a settings gear button in the lower right corner? If so click that and click the top button in the menu for enhanced graphics off.
