Lost access to my account

Hi! The game detected a "login error" and forced me out, but after that I re-entered I lost all my previous data and couldn't log in anymore (it creates a new account). Can anyone help me to solve the problem? .-.

I guess you were on the phone. If you remember your credentials you should be able to recover your account through a support form. Try it in game
