I see this type of freeze frequently. Restart game website or in Browser reload the window. That seems to fix my problems. Worst case restart computer.

lost in limbo
it seems every scenario there is a glitch where aircraft fly around the world non-stop and you have no control over recalling them......or you go to move ships/troops and they are simply sitting there and cannot be accessed.....you move cursor over them and it does not recognize them
