Lost unclaimed rewards from strategic adviser!

So today i woke up ready to claim a few of my rewards after playing for about a week and my Strategic adviser was gone

I know he only disappears when you claim all rewards and i know for a fact that i did not claim all rewards yet affecting my games and such
