hey i was wondering why im missing nearly 100k in gold? ive been completing the earn ur gold offers and i havent gotten anything. i sent messages about it and have heard nothing back. whats going on? ive been fighting this for 3 wks now
There are a number of reasons the surveys may not have paid out. Using false information is the most common.
Assuming you used the proper information, I've already informed the payment department about this issue.

Can you please tell me your user name? With the name you are using in the forum there is no existing ticket for this issue.
