Map doesn't load

Whenever i go into a world the map doesn't load, everything is grey, i can see some borders from the beginning but they dissapear, i can't see the colors of the countries either the borders of the provinces or the countries, i can only see my troops but to scared to do something so that i don't get into war with an AI or someone.

Anyone got any ideas how to fix this issue? i did install latest adobe flash player

Happened to me before, shit Internet connection, maybe?

If not, send a support ticket.

No it works on other computers but not on mine, well i guess i'll send in an support ticket and see what happends, tho this is a bit hard to explain but i'll try to do my best.

I think I know what you mean, I had it because my Internet connection was slow, so the map took ages to load, but some people have it even if their connection is good. So yeah, send a support ticket.

It was the same network, i tried now that i'm home and got fast internet and there's the same issue so yea i'll do an support ticket right now

If this is the white map bug, use Mozilla Firefox for now.

i don't like mozilla and the game works perfectry on my main PC, but when i'm outside home i'd like to be on through my laptop, but if i don't have any other choices i will
