Game 3417196
when I enter the game, all the peripherals are working like Chat, Alliance threads, province thing on the right side...but the entire map is Black and it doesn't fix itself
I go into settings and change to "Enhanced" and that works but I am unable to move the map in any direction or click on units.

Most glitches can be resolved by refreshing the browser. In some cases you need to clear browser cache, close, and reopen the browser to get the freshest information. If this doesn't work, try switching browsers. If you still experience problems, please submit a support ticket and a Game Operator will take a look.

Yeah i've done all that and updated the browswers when needed, this is not a browswer issue, it's affecting my pc and my mobile/ipad...I cannot see the map in any of them and in enhanced mode i can't move the map from the main opening position...
and i opened a ticket yesterday
A game operator will look into your ticket shortly. Hopefully, they can resolve the issue.

I'm also having the same problem in Game 3,469,562. It was fine until day change and all of the a sudden, the map became black. Once you turn off enhanced, you can move the screen to some places but once you move to a certain place, the screen stops moving and you can't see any units, provinces etc.
yeah you have to open a ticket, it took a couple days. I don't know why it happened there was an update if I recall, but I can tell you I tested 3 google/Internet Explorer and Safari and it it wasn't the browser, unless the only one this game works best on is FireFox ( I did not test that b/c i don't have that one)
