Map is not loading

I try to get in my games today, but the map doesn't show up. However the resource bar and supply drop notification (on the right) appear, and under that is the loading screen.

Can anyone please help me with this? Thank you.

(Note: Technically, I am IN the game, it just doesn't load the map.)

Perhaps it has to do with the new update. Canvas was removed.

Ok I figured out what the problem was, I had an older windows version on my pc, so changed it to the newest one and now it is able to load

Yeah my other pc cant load it in, trying to figure out the different pc settings atm, I use one for fps gaming the other to browse and watch youtube while I game..

Maybe its the graphic settings ( since I want fps in my fps games )

Okay it was the hardware accelleraton on google chrome you have to use it. To load in the map

How can I change to low graphics mode though?

Click on the gear in the lower right hand corner, and click low graphics mode.

same problem happening to me on pc. currently trying to fix it on my end, though it would be good if the underlying problem can be addressed

I changed to low graphics mode and the map still doesn't appear.

However it's still possible from my laptop and phone.

Probably sth to do with my PC
