Map Issue / 100 Player Map / Game 1790380 / Cannot Move to or Attack

User Interface will not allow me to move my troops (tried with multiple different units) into the Waingapu Province. Tried to 'move' and also 'attack' with different groups of units. Tried to zoom in and out. Nothing will allow movement onto the Island. There is a capital on the island and the only difference as this is the first time I've had this type of problem.

Game number: 1790380.

There is a transport with a couple units next to island, but as I mentioned earlier...no units can target the island.

I am the Volga Nzhny player. Borneo is occupying the Island presently and it is their capital.
