Map not working

I cannot click upon, or access my troops, provinces, research, or any of the tabs. When I click upon the troops/provinces I see their display of what they are/contain, but cannot direct/manage them. I also cannot close the spam-bot on the right hand side of the screen.

I've logged in and out of the game and the problem persists, I've also tried from two different PC's to access these functions to no avail.

However, I suggest using another browser like Chrome and/or firefox, as of this moment I do not have this issue on the most recent Chrome.
