Medium tank on day 4
I have a problem in one of my games. An opponent of mine has suddenly come up with a medium tank and is attacking me with it, despite it only being day 4. How can he possibly have that already seeing as how research for a medium tank doesn't begin until day 8?

i have two med tanks on day 3 > mine, and i convinced my neighbour to hand me over his or he will be destroyed.
