Okey, so I have this annoying issue with chat. I was talking with some friends on Global Chat, however, most of my messages were getting blocked for no absolute reason, with the reason of them having ´´Inappropriate Content´´. 
However, they had nothing much at all, here´s an example of what messages got blocked: (Hopefully it does not get´s blocked in the Forums as well 
)
1- It would be ´´nice´´ to learn that in History class, but not for us.
2- Republic of China vs. People´s Republic of China. LoL
3- Do you guys heard about the German Reporter being censored because of Turkey´s ´´President´´?
4- ´´Test´´
5- I´ve seen people hacking people who hack games. XD
6- ´´Singularity´´
Like seriously, what in the hell is wrong with message 4? I can´t get over this. 
I´ve tried typing these same messages and they couldn´t appear because of ´´Inappropriate Content´´.

that auto-blocking system is usually for characters that make no sense when you put them together such as -> .+,l-.+,.´
Also links get blocked or maybe you got blocked for those "" . In any case, it'll pass if you wait some minutes, if you try to talk while the system blocked you, it'll add more time.
There's no exactly info about what does it block.
Thanks for the answer, it´s really annoying though.
But I think I found kind of a pattern it follows, most of my messages had the: ´´ in them. However, I´ve retyped the same messages without the ´´ and they still got blocked.
