Messaging an Player in the Menu

I have the Issue that it is not possible for me to send an Message towards another player in the Menu. Out of the Game.

I tried diffrent players/contents but whatever I do the Button to Send stays grey'd out and of no funktionallity.

Now I have no way, but the Chat which noone uses, to Reach out to my Alliance.

I have sent few Msg earlier so it may is relatet to the new Update

It is only on the PC, the mobile version has no problems writing a msg

I'm having this same issue. Not in game, but using the community e-mail tab. The SEND button can't be clicked. Also I don't know how to report bug outside of the game format. Is that possible as I am not in a game currently.

same here. have not been able to send a message from community tab since Friday

I love how the moderators fail to acknowledge issues and I'm told all the time to come here and report any idea's or issues I may have with the game. This thread was started 3 days ago!!!??? Hello!!! Anyone home? At least tell us that they are looking into it. It can't be fixed? It won't be fixed?

IU have also reportet a bug ingame and they answerd me to already look into it

You should make a support ticket as well, only after the Support ticket is filed, can the GOs attempt to fix a bug
