missed trial content
If through some verified misunderstanding a player was not able to sample the HC complimentary status initially during their first weeks of playing the game, would it be possible for such content be reissued for inspection?

When you first sign up you get a sneak-peak of what it is like to purchase HC extras (and also 5000 gold). The gold did not go anywhere, but I can show in an exchange of emails that this preview content was not used or viewed by the user.
Now that I'm playing a little more in teams and wondering at the competitive difference I'd like to see what more I'd be investing into.
So would the mods be willing to renew a continuous resource in the hope that it might land another sale for the server maintenance?
(clarification: I am talking only about the buildings ques and those features like intel, not any additional GM)

No. Not a chance. No one is giving away free HC right now or for a while. 30K has been out for a year and you can't get free HC in that and this game is only a few months old. Not even out of beta either.
