Missing Gold

Hello Support Team

Could somebody please help me. I recently gained the 'Desktop general' achievement award. When I logged in to the game a pop-up appeared for me to collect, I dismissed it as I wanted to collect it later. When I later went to collect, the 'claim reward' button has disappeared and I can't claim my gold (6000!).

How do I claim my yellow metal?
