Missing maps

So about 2 weeks ago I was playing quite a few maps.

I realised that I was playing a few too many so I archived 2 or so, I dont really recollect.

The reason why Is becouse I had a busy week upcoming and it turned out to be so bussy that I went inactive for a week or so.

Upon my return a few days to a week ago, to my surprise I only had 4 maps left. 2 of wich archived.

But the ones I was doing super well on and only been playing a few weeks where gone, not under games,not under play now button and not in the archive.

Now this is happening after a recent disappearing of troops, which I put up a ticket for but never ever got resolved.

So I never ever had stuff like this happening to me before, nor to me on 1914. Its just plain weird.

That some units went missing (well it was quite a bunch actually and a whole different event happening like a month ago), well thats one thing, but if entire maps go missing?

Then I wonder what it is that I get High Command for. I mean I love to support the company/community and all, and help people allot, even admins. But now I would really like to know how it is possible that those maps disappeared, if there is a fix or atleast an answer. I mean I knew by going inactive for about a week I could expect to get invaded or something but maps dont just go away like that. Its a bit of a waste to have lost 2 weeks of using HC to get so far into a map I started and a whole month of HC on a month where I was proliferating in.

Ok and even this I can take with a grain of salt, but if this week I will get HC again, how can I be sure that im not wasting all of my time and money for something that just vanishes?

I can obviously not remember the map numbers. Played too many maps for that so.

I refreshed, re-logged, got rid of cookies etc, uninstalled chrome and did a clean reinstall. To no avail.

To be frank, im worried now.

Can someone please help me with this?

I recommend that you send a bug report with information, details and captures.Perhaps it is a bug, it will be solved soon.

Thanks you for your reply Max. Great Idea, but how can I report a bug specific to those games which dissapeared? I can hardly make printscreens of something non-excistant :S Nor do I remember the game numbers, so if theyre not anywhere to be found, how can I find out which they where?

And yes Im sure its a bug as this never happened ever before, nor on supremacy.. And if it where by my action the games would be in the archive. Not there neither xD I dont know bro...

I do hope it gets resolved soon, I got some money to invest in this game so I consider those maps as totally lost both in the forementioned way and well.. Which I can live with. Im sure im dead on those now lol. And how once it gets resolved how can we compensate with the time I spent on it membership wise?

So if there is nothing I can do then I would like to recieve a compensation for the time i lost on hc, which is 2 weeks.

And please post a link where i can file a bug report regarding those lost maps.

Even though I can not provide anything then my words, I still want to inform the tech savies about it, they atleast should know as this is something big that can just not be wavered away.

Thank you for your report and your patience.

To help us help you, we will need you to send us in a report. To do this just do one of the following;

1. Go to the main Call of War page (your account page). There scroll to the very end of the page and click to open "Support" .

2. Go to a game that opens, bottom right corner open, settings, select the bug symbal.

Whichever option you choose please fill out the report with your problem and your game number that is affected.

Then a Game Operator will assist you as soon as possible.
