Missing troops

Game 1,511,968. Troops are being sold for gold in the "My Trades" tab of the market. So far this has cost me 859 troops. The amount of gold supposedly received was 431. My gold did not increase by this amount. I do not want to sell my troops, besides I don't have that option in the market. I just want my troops back. <img src

Since when can you sell troops in the commodities market?

You can buy additional manpower to help produce new units, at the rate of 2500 gold units for 5000 men, but I was unaware there was any option to sell troops. You can, of course, trade/transfer finished units through the communications/trade system, but I am not familiar with selling of manpower and/or units through the market.

Can you explain further?
