Mobile/Display Bug

I was researching players in my diplomacy tab today when I noticed a curious discrepancy.

A player was listed as being a mobile player on the list with all the players names.

But when I clicked on the player for more details; the percentage meter that shows PC vs. Mobile use, showed him using PC 100% of the time. The symbol there said he was a PC and mobile user.

It's not an extremely urgent or even important bug, I just wanted to point it out.

It says that for everyone, and it is a known bug.
