the 10% fees are charged when the orders are placed, not when they are executed, as any reasonable market would behave!

Money goes to 0 after setting a Sell order
STEPS to REPRODUCE:
- Set a Buy order below all asking prices for a resource (IE the Buy will not be executed)
- Ensure your Money is > 0
- Now set now set a Sell order above any buy offers for a resource (IE the Sell will not be executed)
BUG: The sell order is set but the balance on Money drops to 0.
Expected behavior: The Money balance should be unchanged as no execution of orders have happened.
