I am the UK on the 25 player historical map. I have been at war with France since the begining of the game he went inactive and I have been slaughtering all of Africa. Earlier today I kicked out all inactive players. So now France is AI. All of a sudden, all throughout Africa my morale is dropping, now my lowest morale province is LITTERALY at 16%. I posted this in the help chat and nobody said anything useful except that i was being spied on in all of my provinces. OK lets look at the logic in that it would take 4.5 million in startup spies and 300k every day to spy on 300+ provinces in Africa. This is impossible if it is France and I have like no other enemies. And if I had any enemies, im pretty sure they dont have 4.8 mil lying around somewhere so someone actually give me advice or fix this bug or explain what is happening, bc this is really getting on my nerves right now.
Another story:
My province had an uprising gave itself to France and also gave itself a light tank tell me this is not hacks

I have won three games on the 50-player Pacific map, twice playing Mongolia, so it's a sentimental favorite, not least because it has well-balanced resources on the 50-player map. I understand, however, that the 25-player world map has reduced resource production compared to others.Dixie wrote:

FYI, I am a fanatic for maximizing food, metals and oil production, and I cannot recall the last time I did not have the largest economy in the game at the 15-day mark. Metals production is even more important on the big maps because it's the key resource for producing fortifications in your far-flung conquests.
i do have a surplus of tanks.perhaps in the future i will build more forts
Heavy tank brigades are worthless in large numbers, especially if you lack air superiority -- in large stacks, they just become slow-moving targets for tactical bombers and nuclear weapons. Heavies make great defensive door stops, but they suck on offense: they're slower than molasses in December. As noted, they also require a very large quantity of metals to produce. As a result, they also become a competing need for metals to the detriment of building an adequate navy in games played on the Pacific and world maps.Dixie wrote:

Medium tank units get better with research, as they pick up speed and can keep pace with self-propelled artillery and self-propelled anti-aircraft units. Personally, I like a one-to-one mix of medium and light tank brigades, combined with equal numbers of motorized or mechanized infantry regiments, supported by three or four batteries of six SP arty regiments each. When required the light tanks and motorized infantry can break cover and zip ahead to grab unoccupied enemy provinces.
I like to move fast once I have broken through an enemy's main defense.
