Moving Across The Screen

Lately, I have been having a problem moving across my screen on my PC when I am in call of war. That was initially with my mouse. Luckily my pc was touchscreen but now the touchscreen seems to show no response at all. This doesn't happen on any other app or website so I want to know if the root problem is behind the game itself.
