Mult-account obviusly

Ok I'm new to this so I don't even know if I should be doing this, but this story is tragicomic, I only play call of war on my vacation days for time reasons, after a long time I enter a game of 100 players (specifically game 9,480,749) I have chosen Illinois to play and as soon as I started I have found that a country (Ontario) has gathered all its army and he has tried to land me in the coastal city of Cleveland. So far I have not suspected anything normal, I have destroyed his entire army practically with artillery stationed on the coast, I have created a coalition where I have made some allies in the game. The next day 2 more countries do exactly the same (Kansas and North of the United States), they gather their entire initial army and send it like a horde of zombies to my country attacking indiscriminately. My curiosity was already winning me over, it was too much coincidence, besides both countries did not build buildings in their cities.When I start investigating the profiles of the suspects I find that they are low level, in their statistics they have many more deaths than casualties and that they all belong to the same "clan" alliance that is seen in one of the images (2ESOBBB) and the leader with big level is the New England player, is it a case of Wolfpacking? Is it a multi-account? Well, everything indicates that yes because I have written to him through the diplomacy chat in the game to try to get information from him and he has answered me dodging absolutely all my questions (I did not upload the chat with him because I said that I am new and I do not know if I break any privacy rules so if they confirm it I upload it along with the other images) what happens? that I have now spent consumables that I have worked hard to get and now I am at war with practically everyone around me who is presumably the same person since QUEBEC does NOT build buildings either, it is attacking me while New England takes its cities in the south as seen in the picture (He probably is using it). What do I want to get to with all this? Not only to share my story (which is still happening because I'm fighting everyone while my allies try to get to my country to help me) so that other players are aware of any kind of cheating but also that this claim reaches a moderator, admin or someone with the power to do something now because as I said I've spent a lot of consumables of Armed Cars, Infantry, Tanks in this game and I have reported the player with the cheats via bot of error of the game but while time goes by (the report I did yesterday) the guy continues to wreak havoc with his multiple "zombie" countries and already left out my teammate (South of the USA) due to the injustice of the matter, ended up abandoning the game. I would also like to know how long it takes to respond to a multi-account report because it is already unfair for a teammate to abandon the game, it would be doubly unfair for them to make me abandon me (i cant put the images because an "unknow error happened"
