I am playing an event in this sever. Games id is **Game ID removed by moderator** we send too many reports to support team for a multi account user and wolpacking rules breaker. How long we will wait ? 72 hours ? Are you waiting to he makes hisself more growed up ? Or is that thing became legal ? If it happened so everybody can use multi accounts in any map right ? Please look reports. Thank you from now. With my respects.
Don’t worry the moderation teams still punish multi-account users with bans. Since the mod teams consists of Humans instead of AI they have to handle reports one at a time but the multi-account’s country will be easy to destroy once they are banned from the game and turn to AI.
Takes some time they typically get back to you within 24-48hrs depending on how many reports go on
Yes we try to get back as soon as possible but it is generally never more than 72 hours.
