My account level resets to zero

Good morning,

I have been playing Call of Car since 2017 and I am level 145.

I started playing the game again a few months ago and a bug appeared. When I launch the game on the internet or in Steam game (the same on the mobile application), my account level appears at zero. While it's the same account and I have the statistics of my account (Level 145).

Until the day before yesterday, I had to refresh the page several times before my account level appeared (and even then it disappeared after a while). And since yesterday I can no longer get my level displayed. For several months there has been a red triangle on my stats/account level which is causing me server problems.

It's very penalizing because I can't create a game even though I have premium, I can't join games that require a certain level (history 1939) and I can't see the level of other players in part. Does anyone have the same problem or could help me? THANKS
