The terms of service are that one person may have one account only. The Anticheat device detects when two or more players log into the same map from the same IP address. It is frequently a problem on certain networks, especially schools.
It is best to play only maps that have the anti-cheat feature turned off if you are going to be sharing devices or IP addresses. Of course that will not contribute to your rank or stats, and no gold is given for winning such maps.
There are a few specific staff members that investigate claims of mistaken multiaccounting. In order to streamline that process please post your request to the following thread:
Please read the instructions in the first post of that thread. Note that you should have received a private message through the Call of War message system accessed through the main page. If you are able to reply to that message it should go to the specific staff member assigned to your case.
The staff members who investigate these cases are volunteers so please be patient and polite. Cases are worked in the order received, and will typically take several days. If you have something unique to separate your account from other accounts that is good for evidence. A unique school issued email address perhaps.
