My rank and my service record
Hi, my rank was reset to recruit, my service record shows 0 games, when it will be fixed? I have had this issue for about one week...

Mine too put in a ticket but no reply..Hey Bryto get off your butts and fix this.

This has been recurring very frequently this past month or so. The ranks would reset to zero and would be fixed again shortly after. Now it's been going on for a few days where they've been zero with no correction.
I have a theory, a change in coding causes this and it has to be manually corrected, but the only person who knows how to do this is on vacation for the holidays. How far off am I?

Maybe Bytro realized you all deserve the low rank and adjusted accordingly.

I learned early on rank isn’t a good indicator of skill. KD and games won are better. Frankly I’d prefer it if they didn’t have the stats at all. Maybe opponents would start underestimating me again.dw98 wrote:
