Doesn't matter what report you file,you will get a reply where they give you release notes,then they ask you if it helped,if you say no they give you wiki links(both the notes and links has nothing to do with the "problem") if you still say no it doesn't help,they reply someone else will help you.This can occur from 3 days plus, however I can save you the trouble by advising you to just hang in there, not sure for how long but the game developers have assured us that it's being sorted out, apparently it will be over soon.
