My rank says I am a Level 1

My rank mysteriously went down from level 56 to level 1, and I cannot join any world at war games due to needing a level 8 rank.

Dont worry, this is a glitch. Everone is experienced. It will probably be fixed by tommorrow. Untill then just wait.

same thing happened to me, I was like level 78 or smth, can’t join the historic world war game mode and all my stats were reset as well.

I still have all my achievements but all stats and ranks gone

Argh, all of us are experiencing this problem, and it REALLY sucks that I can't join a 1939HWW game. Hope that the bug will be fixed soon.
