My ranks and achievements disappeared

It took me two years to get all those achievements and level up. And has all be taken away. Why??

I’m counting 11 threads on the same topic.

I wish I would show as lvl 1 again. No one underestimates me anymore.

As long as I keep the blueprints of course. I don’t want to start over with those.
