On PC/Chrome, this update broke the Diplomacy screen which just scrolls uncontrollaby downward when trying to select anything (PC/Chrome). Bug report submitted.
Edit: Problem resolved.
Hi, I cannot confirm this problem, in my running game all works fine. If more people had this problem for sure more people would have reported this by now. Can you maybe reload and see if it still happens? Then please submit a bug report from inside the game.
Sorry, it turned out to be a very strange hardware problem.
That was my first thought, some odd mouse or keyboard issue. Glad to hear you got it figured out.
