I have asked for the same thing a few minutes before I replied here, we are not used to it I see. They are basically copying how it looks on PC then doing it on mobile version.

New command buttons :(
Pls can we take back the old command buttons of army cuz the new one take rly more of my phone screen and even dont looking good 
... Cant we take some how the way to choice between older and new ? Pls the old ome was rly better We want it

Its good but its not the same ... Phones are smaller with small screen and old looking of buttons was better for it. And why it must be the same as PC ... No logic in it.

No, the radial menu won't come back. It was cumbersome controlling armies with that when you wanted to give a command outside of your screen. I think this is just an issue of getting used to something new.
This being said we still plan to polish the looks and usability of the army bar a bit.
