Are you sure that your account has been banned? I have looked it up and see nothing that shouldn't allow you to continue to play.

New computer...Banned??
I loaded CoW on my new computer. Trying to enter my current account the system says I am banned. How do I get on account?

I just attempted to login on my new computer. I have forgotten my account password. When I put in my email and try to submit for a new password it says "This account has been banned. Please contact support". However I can play on my phone no problems..

That likely means your email is attached to two different accounts. Perhaps you created a second account accidentally or used the same email to create an account at another game on our system, such as Conflict of Nations, S1914, Thirty Kingdoms, or New World Empires.
Send in a report from the link in my signature and include a good email address in the body of the message that hasn't been used on a Bytro game account before and I can straighten this out for you.

yes I think I did attempt to open account using my email linked to my original account.
