I have yet to receive any email from call of war..neither receipts for purchases nor any in game offers i have clicked on..i have confirmed my email several times and rechecked my email countless times.. this game is glitched?

I assume you have checked your spam/junk/trash folders thoroughly.
My guess is you are using a Hotmail or Outlook email address. Those seem to be the most troublesome. Sadly if they are caught by a spam filter by your email provider before they reach your inbox there is not anything on our end we can do.
You can try to add the following addresses to your email contacts or whitelist to prevent them from being called spam
You might also contact your email provider to see why you are not receiving these messages.
You might try Gmail as it seems to perform fairly well.

Thank you for that bit of advice.. i have tried thus far outlook, gmail and now yahoo with no luck whatsoever.. unfortunate as i do like this game and can afford to spend for enjoyment.. have played this game in the past and did not have such issues in the past but i have closed those emails and so unable to access.. if you come up with another solution please let me know thanks

I've used GMail from the beginning, with no issues. You will, however, have to check the different folders, "Spam," "Social," and "Advertisements."
Free Time looks good on me

@Kalakyh: You aware that a message is sent to your Call of War email box every time you make any kind of purchase from Bytro, including any time you receive gold by purchase or for completing a survey.
You can find your COW email under the "Messages" tab on the COW main page when you log into the main website.
