I have seen a couple of reports of this, and the ones I have checked appeared properly for me. SO this is a case of your browser cache holding on to outdated information.
You can close the game, clear your browser cache, close and restart your browser and this should display properly for you, or you can just wait and it will update at day change when morale is recalculated.

There does appear to be a display glitch in some games with this. The database is using the correct information, but the display is outdated. This is being worked on to make it display properly by the dev team.

It appears that this display error only appears with infrastructure that was built before the balancing patch. Infrastructure which is built now shouldn't have this problem. So over time the problem won't matter anymore

Unless, of course, you're in Day 72 of a competitive 25-player historical map game, which you expect to continue for another 40 to 50 days.
Why don't we just fix the problem, Freezy, instead of trying to run out the clock? I'm sure that you will eventually discover that the same "bug" is causing other, related problems, too.
