buy high command, then you'll have shared intelligence (yes, they removed it as far as i know)
No shared intelligence
Can't set shared intelligence with my coalition, we have shared map but can't get to shared intelligence. Can you tell me how to do it or is it a bug ?

I believe that the "shared intelligence" relationship is only available to premium members, i.e., those who have paid to join the "High Command." The next best level of allied relationship available for free is "shared map."
In last patch they did that ? Didn't know you need HC for that now. Sad for free players.

Players of same team in team/coalition games now have shared map as default relation.
well, you were supposed to have shared Intel as one of the relations when you enter a coalition....dunno, maybe they removed it...
For all games that were started after the 28th of February Shared intelligence can only be set by members of the High Command again.
Reason:
a) It will greatly reduce server load and also improve map performance in clients, because all those spy states don't have to be stored and rendered for that many players anymore.
b) It was a High Command feature before we introduced coalitions. Giving it away for free devalued High Command, so it got it back now.
c) Team games now also have Shared Map as default, so this is now consistent.
HC at $6/month or $50/year is a steal.
It would be even nicer if it included the ability to turn on AI while I am taking a long weekend beyond the edge of the internet.
