Not Able to Challenge Other Alliances

After recently finishing up my first challenge with the alliance I lead (we lost). I started to look for another alliance to challenge. I contacted leaders of a few, and we agreed to challenge each other. Every time I tried to create a game, I filled in all of the fields, but when clicking “create game,”. nothing happened. The same thing occurred when the other alliance leader tried to create a challenge with us.
