I don't have any other reports of trouble with this presently.
If you are kicked out after an hour it means that you did not choose your country. After you press the "join" button what happens next?
Screenshots are handy, I suggest a program such as Gyazo or lightshot. With lightshot you can select the part of the screen you want a picture of and it can either save it to your computer so you can upload it here, or send it to the web and give you a link to share, like this
