Is your game ranked with supply drops enabled?
It is hard to give you specific help on the forum as I don't have your username, or access to the details of your account, so a support ticket is the best way to get specific help.
I don't find any un-replied to messages, so please explain what you mean by "reply" Did you send a separate email somewhere or how exactly?Valcon wrote:

1) You create a bug report / ticket from either within the settings menu in the lower right of your game, or from the support link on the main page, or from the link in my signature.
2) We answer, and the answer goes to both your private message box and to the email registered to your account.
3) You simply hit the reply button from either message, and answer WITHOUT altering the subject line.
Did you follow that procedure?
