not letting me get into my individual maps

i was playing my different maps earlier yesterday

i closed my browser

came back later tried to come back to play again

none of my maps come up

says i don't have any currents open maps

also doesn't have me in an alliance or a ranking

it's like i have been deleted or something

a friend of mine who plays the game also

says he sees me in the maps we play together

my acct name is the same as the name here in the forums

i have tried to clear the history, cookies and cache

restart the computer

tried multiple different browsers

i mainly use google chrome

i also tried IE

and i also tried on my Ipad

got the same result

would love if you guys could please look into this for me
