Not Reciving Achievment Gold / Support Ticket Button Does Not Work In Game - No Support Ticket Button On Website

Help: I just got the guerrilla fighter achievement and it gave me nothing. This is not the first time its happened. It will give me the popup to collect my gold for my achievment, I'll click the button and it will take me to the page where NOTHING awaits. I have missed up to 6000k gold like this - this is the 3rd time its happend.
